摘要
为促进绿色技术成果转化应用,建立专业评价指标体系,从绿色技术的重要分支领域固体废弃物处理技术出发,研究总结我国固体废弃物处理技术的发展现状、技术特点及存在问题,提出一套基于专家咨询与标准化评价方法结合的技术评价指标体系。通过对技术先进性、成熟度、生态环境效益、经济效益以及科研水平等指标分析,构建了五级评价等级,为绿色技术成果转化的筛选评价提供支撑与借鉴。
In order to promote the transformation and application of green technology achievements and establish a professional evaluation index system,this paper studies and summarizes the development status,technical characteristics and existing problems of solid waste treatment technology in China from the important branch of green technology,and puts forward a set of technical evaluation index system based on the combination of expert consultation and standardized evaluation method.By analyzing the indicators of advanced technology,maturity,ecological environment,economic efficiency and scientific research level,the five level of evaluation is constructed,which provides support and reference for the screening and evaluation of green technology achievements transformation.
