摘要
对国有林场经营发展的制约因素进行分析,提出了建立森林经营方案制度,完善森林经营方案编制技术体系;完善林业分类经营;编制符合国情的经营技术体系;加强人才队伍建设与森林经营基础研究等建议。
This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of state-owned forest farm, puts forward the establishment of forest management plan system, and improves the technical system of forest management plan.
