摘要
集体林权制度改革是现代林业建设的主要内容,以濮阳市为例总结平原农区集体林权制度改革的进展和存在的问题,提出深入推进集体林权制度改革的建议。
The collective forest fight system reform is one of the important contents for modem forestry construction. This paper analyzed the progress status and problems of the collective forest right system reform in Puyang, then some advices were put forward.
