摘要
目的:探讨细节护理对改善患者心理焦虑以及提高护理满意度的影响。方法:120例拟手术患者随机编为两组。施行一般护理的为对照组(n=60),观察组(n=60)对应给予细节护理。分别记录两组患者入室前(T_0)、入室后即时(T_1)、入室10分钟(T_2)各时段的心率(P)、血压(BP),应用本院自行设计的护理满意度调查表评价满意度(满分100分)。结果 :与对照组比较,观察组在T_0、T_1、T_2时心率、血压波动范围较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与T0比较,对照组在T_1时心率、血压升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各时间段波动小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。满意度评价观察组满意率93.33%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理能减轻患者心理焦虑,降低应激反应,提高护理质量,增加就医的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing on improving psychological anxiety and improving nursing satisfaction of patients. Method 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The implementation of general care for the control group( n = 60),the observation group( n = 60) corresponding to the details of care. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was93. 33%,which was higher than that of the control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Detail nursing can reduce psychological anxiety,reduce stress response,improve nursing quality and increase satisfaction of medical treatment.
