摘要
目的研究宫腔镜下粘连分离术患者的护理体会。方法对2018年5月—2019年5月期间在医院接受宫腔镜术进行治疗的150例宫腔粘连患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法的将所有患者区分成研究组和参照组,参照组接受常规性基础护理,研究组则接受针对性护理,对两组患者的护理效果以及其他临床相关数据进行对比。结果研究组患者的各项数据与参照组相比,其优势均较为明显,且数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对宫腔镜下粘连分离术患者进行针对性护理干预,能够保证手术的疗效,同时还能有效改善患者的各项临床症状。
Objective To study the nursing experience of hysteroscopic adhesion separation.Methods 150 cases of intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscopy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were studied.All patients were divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table method.The reference group received routine basic nursing,while the study group received targeted nursing.The nursing effect and other clinical data of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the data of the study group has obvious advantages,and the data comparison shows the difference of P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for patients with hysteroscopic adhesions separation can ensure the curative effect of the operation and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,so it is worthy of wide application.
