摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜手术围术期综合性护理干预的应用效果。方法抽选2016年1月—2017年10月该院接收的宫腔镜手术患者共计73例,采用随机数表法将其分为两组,A组(37例)给予综合性护理,B组(36例)采取常规护理措施,比较两组患者的手术指标及手术不良反应、并发症情况。结果 (1)A组术中出血量(18.05±4.03)m L、住院时间(8.26±1.64)d;均少于B组的(32.82±3.17)m L、(12.43±2.02)d差异有统计学意义(t=-17.373,-9.696,P=0.000);(2)在围手术期内,A组发生手术不良事件6例,发生率为16.22%,B组发生手术不良事件15例,发生率为41.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.593,P=0.032);此外,A组手术不良事件严重程度也显著优于B组(χ~2=5.873,P=0.015)。结论在宫腔镜手术围术期给予综合性护理干预,有助于改善手术指标、减少手术不良反应、预防手术并发症,值得应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions during perioperative hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 73 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery from January 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method. Group A(37 patients) was given comprehensive care, group B(36 cases) took conventional nursing measures and compared the surgical indexes, adverse reactions and complications between the two groups. Results(1)In group A, intraoperative blood loss was(18.05±4.03)mL and hospital stay was(8.26±1.64)d, which was less than(32.82±3.17)mL in group B,(12.43±2.02)d, the difference was statistically significant(t =-17.373,-9.696,P =0.000);(2) In the perioperative period, 6 patients with adverse events occurred in group A, and the incidence was 16.22%. In group B, there were 15 cases of adverse events and the incidence was 41.67%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.593, P=0.032). In addition, the severity of adverse events in group A was also significantly better than group B(χ^2=5.873, P=0.015). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period of hysteroscopic surgery is helpful to improve surgical indicators, reduce adverse reactions, and prevent surgical complications. It is worth applying and popularizing.
