摘要
目的探讨全程护理干预对重度宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜电切术后生活质量的影响。方法2013年1月～2015年10月期间，于我院行宫腔镜电切术的重度宫腔粘连患者中，选取84例随机分为两组进行研究，其中对照组42例采用常规护理干预，而研究组42例采用全程护理干预，随访6个月观察两组患者术后生活质量。结果干预后，研究组疼痛评价VAS评分由（6．47±2．08）分下降至（2．74±1．23）分、生活质量Spitzer评分由（4．31±1．37）分上升至（8．75±1．14）分，对照组疼痛评价VAS评分由（6．62±2．45）分下降至（3．51±1．80）分、生活质量Spitzer评分由（4．27±1．01）分上升至（6．63±0．85）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；并且，研究组并发症发生率7．14％明显低于对照组26．19％，患者对本次护理服务的总满意度为92．86％，也明显高于对照组66．67％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全程护理干预对重度宫腔粘连患者宫腔镜电切术后生活质量的提高，是有着积极影响的，且有助于减少并发症的发生，提高患者满意度，值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the entire nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with severe intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic electric resection. Methods 84 cases of patients performed hysteroseopic electric resection in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and patients in study group were treated with entire nursing intervention. All the patients were followed up for 6 months, and the quality of life of the patients after operation of the two groups was observed. Results After the intervention, pain VAS score of study group was dropped from （6.47 ± 2.08） to （2.74 ± 1.23）, and quality of life Spitzer score was raised from （4.31 ± 1.37） to （8.75 ± 1.14）.The pain VAS score of control group was dropped from （6.62 ± 2.45） to （3.51 ± 1.80）, and quality of life Spitzer score from was raised from （4.27 ± 1.01） to （6.63 ± 0.85）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. And the incidence of complications in the study group （7.14%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （26.19%）. The total satisfaction rate of the patients to the nursing service （92.86%） was also significantly higher than that in the control group （66.67%）. And the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Entire nursing intervention has a positive impact on quality of life of patients with severe intrauterine adhesions after hysteroscopic electric resection.h helps to reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of popularizing.
