摘要
综述了近年聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料的制备及改性方法,包括溶液共混法、熔融共混法和原位共聚法等。同时对聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料在人工骨修复以及生物固定支撑材料等领域的应用前景进行了展望。聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料的高性能化和降解速率可控将是新一代聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石复合材料的追求目标。
The main preparation and modification methods of poly-lactide/hydroxyapatite( PLA/HA) composites are reviewed,including solution blending,melt blending and in situ copolymerization etc.. At the same time,the application of the PLA/HA composites in the fields of artificial bone repair,biological fixed support materials and so on was analyzed. Moreover,the future development trend of the PLA/HA composite was also prospected. High performance and the degradation rate tuning control will be the goal of the new generation of the PLA/HA composites.
