摘要
目的:制备聚L-乳酸(PLLA)复合纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)的新型人工骨材料,并对复合材料的性能进行研究。方法:采用熔融共混法,将PLLA与不同配比的n-HA进行复合,制备得到新型复合材料,并进行力学性能测试、显微结构观察,体外降解试验等项目的研究。结果:当掺入n-HA粉末含量为20%时,PLLA/n-HA复合材料的抗弯强度可以增加到最大值,材料断口的形貌随着n-HA含量的增加表现为不同的脆性断裂特征,复合材料降解液的pH值和力学强度的降低时间较纯PLLA滞后,降解速度减缓。结论:PLLA/n-HA复合材料可明显提高单一材料的力学性能,并可减轻降解过程中酸性产物引起的炎症反应,保持较好的初始力学强度,有望成为一种理想的骨缺损修复材料。
Objective To prepare and study the properties of poly L- lactic acid/nano- hydroxyapatite artificial bone material. Methods PLLA/n- HA composites were fabricated via melt- blending method by combining a certain ratio of n- HA with PLLA. The mechanical properties, microstructure morphology and degradation behaviors in vitro of the composite material were studied. Results The fracture surfaces of samples showed different brittle fracture with the increase of n- HA content. The PBS pH value and mechanical strength of PLLA/n- HA samples reduced gradually later than pure PLLA samples, and the degradation speed were also lower than pure PLLA. The bending strength and modulus of PLLA/n- HA composites presented the peak value when incorporating n- HA powders with 20 %. Conclusions Incorporation of n- HA can obviously improve the mechanical properties of PLLA/n- HA composite, relieve inflammatory reactions caused by acid metabolite during degradation and keep better original mechanical strength. PLLA/n- HA composite is prospective to become a kind of excellent bone defect repair materials in the future.
