摘要
以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,采用纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)和改性硅灰石为增强材料制备了PLA/n-HA/改性硅灰石复合材料。通过透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析,表明复合材料具有较好的界面相容性。热重(TG)分析表明,PLA/n-HA/改性硅灰石复合材料的热失重曲线向高温方向偏移,材料的热分解温度得以提高,表现出较好的热稳定性。力学性能测试表明,复合材料具有良好的机械力学性能。人体模拟体液(SBF)中降解性研究表明,n-HA和改性硅灰石粒子对于PLA的降解有一定抑制作用。初步的热降解研究表明改性硅灰石的加入有利于提高复合材料的热稳定性。
The PLA/n-HA/ modifi ed wollastonite composites were prepared with PLA matrix,n-HA and modif ied wollastonite.From the TEM images and the SEM images,it was shown that composites had fi ne interfacial compatibility.TGA showed the TG curves of PLA/n-HA/modifi ed wollastonite composites drifted towards higher temperature,which was shown the thermal decomposition temperature of the composites was enhanced,and they showed good thermal stability.And the results of mechanic properties tests showed the composites had the good mechanic properties.The study of biodegradability in SBF showed that n-HA and modifi ed wollastonite particles had inhibition to the degradability of PLA.The research of thermal degradability showed modifi ed wollastonite was helpful to improve the thermal stability of the composites.
