摘要
在总结660 MW超超临界Ⅱ型锅炉和1 000 MW超超临界塔式锅炉的设计经验及实际运行情况,比较Ⅱ型锅炉和塔式锅炉的主要特点的基础上,结合具体工程要求和容量等级,对660 MW超超临界塔式锅炉的汽水流程、燃烧系统、汽温偏差、空气预热器等方面进行了设计优化,研制了660 MW超超临界塔式锅炉,并通过了实际运行机组的验证.
Based on the summary of the designing experience and actual operations of 660 MW ultra-supercritical two-pass type boiler and 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical towertype boiler in our company,as well as the comparison of their main properties,optimized design of water-steam flow,combustion system,steam temperature deviation,air preheater,and so on in 660 MW ultra-supercritical tower-type boiler was conducted by taking considerations of specific project requirements and capacity grade.660 MW grade ultrasupercritical tower-type boiler was developed and validated by the actual running unit.
