摘要
基于炉内壁温在线监测系统对锅炉高温受热面吸热偏差的在线分析功能,国电谏壁发电厂2×1 000MW超超临界塔式锅炉实现了对燃烧过程吸热偏差的实时控制和异常状态诊断,可将三级过热器的吸热偏差Kr控制在1.1以内,二级再热器的吸热偏差Kr控制在1.15以内。当锅炉主、再汽温以额定参数605℃/603℃运行时,高温受热面管屏最高温度距离设计允许值仍保持有足够的安全余量,保证了锅炉长期安全稳定运行。
In accordance with the function of the on-line analysis in Panel safeguard supervisory system (PSSS) ,Guodian Jianbi Power Plant 2 x 1 000 MW ultra-supereritical boilers have achieved the real-time control to the ther-mal deviation and abnormal diagnosis in the process of combustion, that makes the thermal deviation coefficient of thesuperheater less than 1.1 and the reheater less than 1.15. During the boiler operation at the normal parameter of605 ℃/603 ℃, the highest temperature of tube panels of the superheater is far below the allowable design value, thatensures boiler safe and economic operation in a long term.
