摘要
以某电厂燃煤运行机组锅炉烟气SCR脱硝系统为对象,针对系统内流场布置不合理,NOx和NH3混合不够充分等原因造成氨逃逸严重,提出机组运行中SCR系统导流板布置后一种喷氨优化的方法,并以出口NOx浓度分布、脱硝效率、氨逃逸、液氨消耗量等指标对该方法综合评价,通过其它运行工况进行检验,实现SCR系统的最优运行,最后通过实例验证了该优化方法的适用性,结合机组运行实际情况相应地提出了改善脱硝系统等相关建议。
The SCR flue gas denitrification system for coal-fired running power units is investigated. In view of the unreasonable arrangement of the flow field in the system and the insufficient mixing of NOx and NH3, the ammonia escape is serious. After the layout, a method of ammonia injection optimization is designed. The NOx concentration distribution, denitrification efficiency, ammonia escape and liquid ammonia consumption are used to evaluate the method, and other operating conditions are tested to achieve the optimal SCR system. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the applicability of the optimization method. The suggestions on improving the denitrification system are put forward according to the practical situation of the unit operation.
