摘要
利用Gleeble 1500D型数控动态热-力学物理模拟试验机,对TMCP工艺Q370qE-HPS高性能桥梁钢进行了动态再结晶行为研究。结果表明,在较高的变形温度和较低的应变速率下,动态再结晶易进行。在动态再结晶激活能为348.19 kJ/mol时,建立了试验钢动态再结晶动力学模型。
The dynamic recrystallization behavior of the newly developed Q370 qE-HPS high performance bridge steel was studied by using the Gleeble-1500D thermal/mechanical simulation testing machine. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization easily occurs at higher deformation temperature and lower strain rate. The dynamic recrystallization kinetic model of the test steel is established when the dynamic recrystallization activation energy is 348. 19 kJ/mol.
