摘要
根据市场需求和公司产品结构调整的需要，公司桥梁钢的生产量逐渐增大，但是桥梁钢产品性能合格率偏低，严重影响生产成本，本文主要介绍今年重钢桥梁钢生产情况，2016年桥梁钢生产对钢种成分、炼钢、轧钢工艺等均都做了相应调整，最终使得本轮桥梁钢产品合格率大幅度提高。
The production of the company＇s bridge steel gradually increased according to the needs of the market and the company＇s product Structure adjustment. However, the performance qualified ratio of bridge steel is low, resulting in a increase of production cost. In this study, the composition of bridge, the process of steelmaking and rolling were optimized to improve the performance of bridge. Through these efforts, the final performance qualified ratio of bridge steel is greatly improved.
