摘要
人力资源管理专业是应用性要求比较高的专业,燕京理工学院人力资源管理专业在课程教学模式改革方面,总结了一套"开放式实战教学"方法,并以《人力资源选聘与素质测评》课程为例,介绍具体的实施方式,力求实现"理论更接近前沿、实践更接近实景、思考方式更加系统化"的教学效果。
The major of human resources management highlights application. Human resources management specialty of Yanching Institute of Technology summarizes a set of "opening and actual teaching" method in terms of curriculum teaching reform and intro-duces the specific implementation methods based on course of Human Resource so as to obtain the fron-tier, practical and systematical teaching effects.
