摘要
我国高等教育培养了大批专业技术人才,但毕业生创新能力不足的问题亟待解决,本文以如何有效提高农业工程类学生的创新能力为研究目标,探索适应提高创新能力的实践教学改革方案,建立了"感知到认知、基础到特色、研究到创新"的循序渐进、层次分明的实践教学体系和科研促进教学人才培养模式;完善和充实了开放式实践教学平台;阐述了加强校企结合、建设产学研实训基地的重要作用。
China's higher education has trained a large number of professional and technical talents, but the shortage of innovation ability of graduates needs to be solved. With how to improve agricultural engineering students' innovation ability as the research object, the paper explores the practice teaching reform plan suitable for the improvement of innovation ability, and establishes a step-by-step and hierarchical system of practice teaching "from perception to cognition, from basis to characteristics and from research to innovation", as well as a talent cultivation mode based on promoting teaching by scientific research. The open practice teaching platform is also improved and enriched. Besides, the important role of strengthening university-enterprise cooperation and constructing production-study-research training bases is expounded in this paper.
