摘要
高校教师执教能力的评价方法中,由学生评价、同行专家评价、教学督导评价构成的三维评价模式是目前国内高校普遍采用的一种方法。这种方法从不同评价主体的角度力求全方位、公平地对教师执教能力进行评价。但在其执行过程中,由于作为评价主体的督导员、同行专家及学生专业性、道德修养以及其他主观因素,评价结果的准确性、公正性、合理性一直是引起争论的话题。本文在介绍了现行高校教师执教能力的三维评价模式基础上,分析了督导员评价、学生评价、同行专家评价的作用及存在的问题,讨论了三种评价方式的不同主体间评价侧重点及其之间的协同评价策略,探讨了确保评价结果公平性、科学性的措施以及建立被评教师对评价结果的申诉机制。通过对上述问题的探讨,希望能对这一评价模式的完善提供有益的参考,实现对高校教师执教能力客观、准确和权威的评价。
In the evaluation methods of college teachers' teaching ability, the three-dimensional evaluation model composed of student evaluation, peer expert evaluation and teaching supervision evaluation is a kind of method which is widely used in domestic universities. This method strives for a comprehensive and impartial evaluation of teachers' teaching ability from the perspective of different evaluation subjects. However, in the course of its implementation, the accuracy, fairness and rationality of evaluation results has been a controversial topic because of the professionalism, moral cultivation and other subjective factors of supervisors,peer experts and students. On the basis of introducing the current three-dimensional evaluation model of college teachers' teaching ability, this paper analyzes the role of supervisor evaluation, student evaluation and peer expert evaluation and the existing problems, and discusses the evaluation focuses of the three kinds of evaluation methods and discusses the measures to ensure the fairness and scientificalness of evaluation results and the complaints mechanism of evaluation results for evaluated teachers.Through the discussion of the above issues, we hope to provide a useful reference for the improvement of this evaluation model,thus achieving the objective, accurate and authoritative evaluation of college teachers' teaching ability.
