现代医院作为服务型的公益部门,其借助特殊的形式在市场竞争中逐渐完善发展。随着市场竞争机制的不断变革,医院需要寻找到更有效强大自己的路径,此时绩效考核管理作为科学有效的管理手段,在医院管理运转中发挥至关重要的作用。该文全面依托平衡记分卡理论,研究医院绩效考核体系的具体构建。
The modern hospital, as the service beneficial department, is improved in the fierce market by the specific form.With the constant reform of market competition mechanism, the hospital needs to look for a stronger way, therefore, the performance examination management, as the scientific and effective management means, is vital in the hospital management operation, and the paper studies the specific construction of hospital performance examination system based on the theory of balanced score card.
