摘要
目的:通过建立科学有效的绩效考核体系,应用在检验科人力资源管理工作中,并总结在人力资源可持续发展中的实践效果。方法:通过建立实施以平衡记分卡为依据的绩效考核体系,从人力资源可持续发展角度,选取人员结构、科研创新成绩、员工满意度三个方面的14个指标与实施前进行比较,判定实践效果。结果:实施绩效考核管理后,检验科人员的数量、质量、层次水平趋于稳定合理,科研创新能力和员工满意度均明显提高。结论:应用绩效考核的管理方法,为人力资源保护利用开发奠定基础,实现检验科人力资源的可持续发展。
Objective: To establish the performance assessment system, and analyze the application value of performance assessment in the sustainable development of human resources management in the clinical laboratory. Methods: By establishing and implementing the performance appraisal system based on the balanced scorecard, 14 indicators of personnel structure, scientific research innovation achievement and employee satisfaction were selected from the perspective of sustainable development of human resources and compared with those before implementation to determine the practical effect. Results; After the implementation of performance appraisal management, the quantity, quality and level of the staff in the clinical laboratory tend to be stable and reasonable, and their scientific research innovation ability and staff satisfaction are both significantly improved. Conclusion: The performance assessment system is used to lay the foundation for the exploitation of human resources, and realize the sustainable development of human resources in the clinical laboratory.
