摘要
该文结合北京军区疾病预防控制中心获得计量认证、实验室认可以来的经验做法,系统分析了军队二级疾病预防机构开展认证认可的意义,以及当前存在的主要问题,提出了调整结构统筹工作、制定对外服务政策、建立信息化平台等3方面思考,为我军二级疾控机构规范实验室建设、开展认证认可工作提供了理论支持。
Based on our practices and experience since the Center for Disease Prevention and Control of Beijing Military Region was granted laboratory accreditation and metrology accreditation,we systematically analyzed the great significance of accreditation by military intermediate CDCs and listed the major existing problems.Besides,our paper raised three recommendations：adjusting the structure,formulating guidelines for services for others and establishing an information platform in order to provide theoretical backup for military intermediate CDCs to carry out CNAS and CMA.
