摘要
目的探讨福州市疾控中心实验室间比对/能力验证状况,以提高实验室质量管理和检测能力。方法收集2016年福州市疾控中心参加的实验室间比对/能力验证数据,使用描述性统计分析。结果 2016年福州市疾控中心共参加实验室间比对/能力验证39次111项,次数合格率为86.49%,检测参数合格率为95.28%;参加中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)相关单位组织的次数最多,占53.85%;参加食品及相关产品领域最多,占38.46%。结论福州市疾控中心实验室间比对/能力验证分布不均衡。
Objective To explore the the interlaboratory comparison and laboratory proficiency testing of the Fuzhou CDC,so as to improve the laboratory quality management and testing capabilities. Methods Data were collected from the interlaboratory comparison and laboratory proficiency testing of the Fuzhou CDC in 2016,descriptive analysis was conducted. Results A total of 39 times and 111 items of the interlaboratory comparisons and laboratory proficiency testing were conducted by Fuzhou CDC in 2016,the times satisfaction rate was 86.49%,the testing items satisfaction rate was95.28%;the CNAS-related units had the largest participation,about 53.85%,the food and related products had the largest participation,about 38.46%. Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the distribution of the uniformity of the interlaboratory comparisons and laboratory proficiency testing,so as to improve the technique of the proficiency monitoring.
