摘要
实验室间比对结果可以用来评价实验室的检测能力水平,帮助实验室识别存在的问题、了解实验室间的差异,增加客户及相关方对实验室的信任。国家钢铁产品质量监督检验中心(唐山)组织实施了2017年河北省钢铁企业化学分析实验室间比对,在规定时间内完成了比对样品制备、分发、检测和结果回收。经稳健统计分析,参加本次比对工作的32个企业实验室中,测试项目结果全部满意的实验室有28个,占87.5%,测试项目结果出现有可疑结果的实验室有2个,占6.2%,测试项目结果出现离群的实验室有3个,占9.4%。
Interlaboratory comparison results can be used to evaluate the level of laboratory testing capabilities,identify laboratory problems and differences,increase the trust of customers and interested parties to the laboratory.Tangshan Institute of Products Quality Supervion &Inspection organized the interlaboratory comparison of chemical analysis in iron and steel enterprise of Hebei province in 2017,completed the preparation of the comparison samples,distribution,testing and results recovery within the prescribed time.After robust statistical analysis,among the 32enterprise laboratories participated in this comparison,28laboratories (87.5%)had satisfactory test results,2laboratories (6.2%)had suspicious test results,and 3 laboratories (9.4%)had outlier test results.The laboratories participated in this comparison have higher chemical analysis ability.
