摘要
目的 了解2017-2021年北京市石景山区疾控中心参加国际、国家、市级的疾控相关专业领域能力验证/实验室间比对活动情况,发现存在问题并改进,促进实验室检测能力提升。方法 对2017-2021年北京市石景山区疾控中心参加国际、国家、市级的疾控相关专业领域的能力验证/实验室间比对的组织方分布情况、专业领域分布情况、能力验证/实验室间比对结果情况等进行汇总分析。结果 2017-2021年北京市石景山区疾控中心共参加能力验证/实验室间比对项目参数90次151项,合格141项,合格率93.38%。历年合格率分别为80.65%、96.15%、91.67%、100.00%、97.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织方以国家级和市级单位为主,参加国家级和市级72次126项,项目占比为83.44%。主要涉及专业领域情况方面,以疾病控制类检测项目数占比最高,达49.01%,合格率90.54%;其次为食品类检测项目数,占比32.45%,合格率93.88%;其他专业领域(包括碘营养、生活饮用水、空气、职业卫生类等)检测项目数占比18.54%,合格率100.00%。结论 北京市石景山区疾控中心2017-2021年参加能力验证/实验室间比对活动结果总体情况良好,但仍存在部分项目不合格、参加专业领域较局限等情况。
Objective To understand the situation of Beijing's Shijingshan District CDC participating in proficiency tes-ting/inter-laboratory comparison activities in the disease control fields on international,national,and municipal level from 2017 to 2021,and to find out the existing problems and improve them for promoting the improvement of laboratory testing capacity.Methods The distribution of organizers,the distribution of professional field,and results of proficiency tes-ting/inter-laboratory comparison activities on disease control fields from 2017 to 2021 were summarized and analyzed.Results Among 151 terms/90 times of the proficiency testing/inter-laboratory comparison activities from 2017 to 2021 of Shijingshan district CDC,141 terms were qualified,and the qualified rate was 93.38%.The qualified rates over the years were 80.65%,96.15%,91.67%,100.00%and 97.56%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The organiz-ers were mainly national and municipal units,and their 126 terms/72 times were participated in,accounting for 83.44%.The main professional fields involved were as follows,the highest proportion of items was disease control testing,accounting for 49.01%,and the qualified rate was 90.54%;the higher proportion of items was food testing,accounting for 32.45%,and the qualified rate was 93.88%;and other professional field(including iodine nutrition,domestic drinking water,air,occupational health,etc)accounted for 18.54%,and the qualified rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The result of proficiency testing/inter-laboratory comparison activities of Shijingshan District CDC from 2017 to 2021 was good.But there were still some unqualified terms,and the professional fields participated in were limited.
