摘要
EGP+ESP新模式对高校英语教学提出了更高要求,不仅要提高英语专业知识水平和跨学科知识技能,满足特定学习者需要,培养复合型人才,还要提高英语知识应用技能和人才培养质量。但目前高校英语教学存在不足,未能有效适应EGP+ESP新模式的要求,有必要采取改进措施。本文结合EGP+ESP新模式的要求,就如何有效开展高校英语教学提出相应策略。
The new EGP ＋ ESP model puts forward higher requirements for English teaching in colleges and universities, not only to im- prove the level of English professional knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, to meet the needs of specific learners, to cultivate compound talents, but also to improve English knowledge application skills and talents Cultivate quality. However, there is a shortage of English teaching in eolleges and universities, whieh can not effectively meet the requirements of EGP ＋ ESP new model. It is necessary to adopt improvement measures. In this paper, combined with the new EGP ＋ ESP requirements, how to effectively carry out the corresponding strategies of college English teaching.
