摘要
目的:探索基于集对分析四元联系数疗效曲线在银屑病血热证药物选优中的应用,以求进一步提高疗效。方法:先利用最大相关系数法筛选出银屑病血热证常用中药,建立单味中药的痊愈、显效、好转、无效四元联系数,再根据四元联系数在疗效数量测度与疗效性质测度直角坐标系中画出疗效曲线。通过把疗效曲线映射到四维疗效空间中,计算各疗效曲线与完美疗效曲线的欧氏距离,根据欧氏距离的从小到大排序出银屑病血热证常用中药的优劣,把此优劣排序与按痊愈率从高到低的排序比较,确定出最优药物、次优药物。结果:在所筛选出的前14种银屑病血热证常用中药中,蛇莓(Shemei)排序第1,苦参(Kushen)排序第2,重楼(Chonglou)排序第3,这与中医临床经验相符。结论:可以在银屑病血热证临床用药选优中应用基于集对分析四元联系数的疗效曲线,对其他疾病临证用药选优时也可参考应用此疗效曲线及其算法。
Adjective:Exploring the application of four-element connection number set pair analysis based effect curve in the optimumselection of medicine in psoriasis of blood heat and improving therapeutic effects. Methods: First, using max-correlation algorithmto screen the concise traditional Chinese herbal medicine in psoriasis of blood heat,setting up the four-element connection number of recovery,showing an effect,improving and invalidation of every single Chinese herb.Then drawing the effect curve in the rectangular coordinate systemof effect quantity standards and quality standards according to the four-element connection number. By mapping the effect curve into four-dimensional space of therapeutic effect,we calculate the Euclidean distance between effect curves and the perfect effect curve,arrange the good points and the bad points of the concise traditional Chinese herbal medicine in psoriasis of blood heat according to the Euclidean distance by size,compare the order with the cure rate fromhigh to lowand determine the best and subprime medicine. Results:Among the top fourteen screened concise traditional Chinese herbal medicine in psoriasis of blood heat,Shemeiranks first,Kushen ranks second,chonglou ranks third and it matches the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion:The effect curve which is based on set pair analysis contact number can be used in the optimumselection of clinical medication in psoriasis of blood heat,and the specific calculating method of this effect curve can be used as a reference in the optimumselection of medicine in other diseases.
