摘要
目的 分析总结氩离子激光治疗黄斑裂孔的疗效。方法 采用氩绿激光治疗 36例 36眼黄斑裂孔 ,其中 13眼为玻璃体切割气液交换术后的补充光凝 ;治疗后观察裂孔封闭情况及比较光凝前后的视力变化。结果 经 1次或多次光凝有 33例裂孔封闭 ,治愈率为 91.7% ,其中 1次光凝治愈率为6 9.4% ,激光治疗前后视力无显著差异。结论 氩绿激光治疗黄斑裂孔疗效确切 ,对视功能的损害较轻。
Objective To analyse and summarize the efficacy of argon green laser photocoagulation on macular hole.Methods 36 consecutive cases(36 eyes)of macular hole including 13 cases previously performed with vitrectomy combined with gas fluid exchange were treated with argon green laser photocoagulation. Anatomic success and final visual outcome were measured.Results 91.7% of the total macular holes(33 eyes)were sealed after several times of photocoagulation,in which 25 eyes(69.4%)were sealed after on laser therapy.The acuity showed no significant changes before and after the therapy.Conclusion The therapeutic modality appears effective in macular hole therapy,the impair of visual acuity was comparatively slight
