摘要
目的:分析新医改背景下四川省公立医院员工的薪酬期望,为更好地探索并完善四川省适应医疗行业特点的公立医院薪酬制度提供参考。方法:将深入访谈法与现场问卷调查相结合,并用SPSS19.0软件对相关数据资料进行统计分析。结果:92.65%的医院员工认为自己目前的薪酬不能回报自己的付出,薪酬在现有水平上提高30%至50%可使45.19%的公立医院员工满意,提高100%可使77.53%的员工满意。结论:在完善公立医院薪酬制度的过程中应重视薪酬的保障和激励功能,需要考虑公立医院员工对薪酬的期望。
Objective To analyze the staffs' payment expectation of public hospitals in Sichuan Province under the background of new medical reform, and provide references for improving it. Method Methods of in - depth interview and questionnaires were used. And data was analyzed with software of SPSS 19. 0. Results 92. 65% of staffs believed that their salary can' t meet their hard -working. Increasing by 30% to 50% can satisfy 45.19% of public hospital staffs. And Increasing by 100% can satisfy 77.53% of them. Conclusion In the process of improving the salary system of public hospitals, it is suggested to concern the staffs' payment expectation of public hospitals.
