摘要
工业机器人由于自身优良的特点而广泛地应用于各行各业。随着中国制造2025的提出,工业机器人将更大范围的应用在我们身边,特别是航空工业的迅速发展,工业机器人也逐渐被广泛应用到航空制造领域中,与传统制造行业不同,航空制造具有精度高,载荷重、材料特殊及产品多品种、批量小等情况,这些对工业机器人的结构、性能、和可靠性都提出了更高的要求。利用工业机器人进行自动制孔、柔性装配等,进行航空部件制造,能够提高航空部件的工作效率和精细程度。
Industrial robots are widely used in every walks of life due to their excellent characteristics. With the put forward of 2025 made in China, industrial robots will be a wider range of applications around us, especially with the rapid development of aviation industry, industrial robots have been widely used in the field of aviation manufacturing. Different from the traditional manufacturing industry, aviation manufacturing has the conditions which include a high precision, heavy load, special material and product variety, small batch and so on, which also put forward higher requirements for the structure, performance, and reliability to industrial robots. The use of industrial robots for automatic hole making, flexible assembly, etc. , and for the manufacture of aviation parts, can improve the efficiency and precision of aviation parts.
