摘要
采用ML40Cr钢试制10.9级螺栓的过程中发生了淬火开裂现象,本文通过宏观观察、金相检测对开裂螺栓及改制盘条试样进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓的开裂与盘条酸洗黑线没有直接对应关系,导致螺栓开裂与盘条表面折叠缺陷密切相关。
The quenching cracking phenomenon appears during the trial producing 10.9 grade bolts with MIAOCr steel, the cracking bolts and the original wire rods are analyzed by macroscopic observation and metallographic examination in this paper. The results show that the cracking of the bolt is not directly relat- ed to the picking black line, but closely related to surface folding defects of wire rod.
