摘要
对高速线材常见的表面缺陷裂纹、折叠、耳子、划痕、麻面、结疤产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应排除方法。尽管缺陷不同,原因各异,但多和轧槽、导卫、连铸坯质量及尺寸、冷却水情况等有关,生产中应定期检查导卫、轧辊、钢坯及加热、冷却水情况,及时处理隐患。
This article analyzed the reasons causing the common surface defects of high-speed wire, such as crack, pincher, rolling edge, nick, scratch mark, ripple mark and scab and put forward corresponding treatment measure. Although the causes were different,the defects referred to the groove, guide, the quality and sizes of the slab and the cooling water mostly. Therefore, the check as for the situations of the guides, rolls, slabs, heating and cooling water should be made termly and for treading hidden troubles in time.
