ML40Cr冷镦电钻用钢盘条产品开发

Development of steel wire rod products for ML40Cr cold heading electric drill

摘要 根据用户对ML40Cr冷镦电钻用钢盘条的要求,进行了成分、工艺设计,试验了两种工艺,通过对两种工艺生产的盘条进行各项性能对比,结果表明:吐丝温度840~860℃,散冷辊道速度0.2℃/s,风机和保温罩全关时生产的盘条综合性能更优。盘条抗拉强度800 MPa左右,断面收缩率大于66%,1/3冷顶锻后表面没有裂纹,铁素体和渗碳体组织趋于球粒状,硬度和脱碳层等各项指标都符合用户要求,为用户节约了能耗,降低了生产成本,缩短了交货周期,提高了生产效率,同时更减轻了环保压力。 According to the user's requirements for the ML40Cr cold heading electric drill steel wire rod,the composition and process design were carried out,and two processes were tested.By comparing the performance of the wire rods produced by the two processes,the results showed that the wire rod produced with a wire drawing temperature of 840~860℃,a cooling roller speed of 0.2℃/s,and a fan and insulation cover fully closed had better overall performance.The tensile strength of the wire rod is about 800 MPa,the cross-sectional shrinkage rate is greater than 66%,and there are no cracks on the surface after 1/3 cold forging.The ferrite and cementite structures tend to be spherical,and various indicators such as hardness and decarburization layer meet user requirements.This saves energy consumption,reduces production costs,shortens delivery cycles,improves production efficiency,and reduces environmental pressure for users.
