摘要
高校青年教师师德建设是构建社会主义核心价值体系的一项艰巨而复杂的工程,尤其是在我国经济进入新常态发展阶段,高校青年教师师德状况的好坏严重影响我国高等教育发展的质量。本文以辽宁省L高校青年教师师德状况调查作为切入点,探讨新常态下高校青年教师师德建设中面临的困境,并提出从三条路径出发助力青年教师师德建设冲出困境,即:加强青年教师师德修养、构建"四位一体"的师德建设长效体制、优化社会师德风气。
Young teachers' morality construction in colleges and universities is a huge and complicated project to construct so- cialist core value system, especially when economy in China enters into a new normal development stage. The morality status of young Teachers in Colleges and Universities seriously influence the quality of higher education development in China. This paper takes the survey of young teachers' morality status in L University in Liaoning province as the starting point, discusses on the di- lemma facing in the construction of young teachers' morality under the new normal and puts forward three ways to help young tea- chers' morality construction, such as to strengthen young teachers' morality training, build up "four in one" effective long-term system and optimize teachers' morality in the society.
