模块式教学法在中医药院校西医内科学中初探 被引量:8

摘要 目的探究模块式教学法的模块构建及在中医药院校西医内科学教学中的效果。方法采用整群抽样法,选取黑龙江中医药大学临床医学专业2012级共102名本科生,并按班级随机分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=50),观察组采用模块式教学法,对照组采用课堂讲解-医院见习-测试的方法。对2组学生进行问卷调查,并进行统一的理论考核及临床操作考核,统计实习成绩,对比分析2组教学效果,并对2组学生的教学效果进行评价。结果观察组理论和实践技能考核成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,观察组证候辩证准确率、理法方药统一率、西医鉴别诊断掌握率、西医新进展掌握率及授课内容及方法满意率、临床实践能力、独立学习能力、团队精神、情感交流与沟通技能等得分均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论模块式教学法实现了内科学中理论和实践能力的有机结合,有效提高了中医药院校西医内科学的教学质量,有利于中医药院校医学生对西医内科学知识的掌握与应用。 Objective To discuss the modular construction of modular teaching method and its effect in the teaching of western medicine in Chinese medicine universities. Methods Using cluster sampling method. The undergraduate students of Grade 2012 of clinical medicine in Heilongjiang colleges of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group (n=52) and control group (n=50). The observation group used the modular teaching method, the control group used the traditional mode of classroom instruction, internship in the hospital, practice-test method. 2 groups students were investigated by questionnaire, unified theoretical examination and clinical operation examination. The performance of internship in the hospital and comparative analysis of the teaching effect of the 2 groups were evaluated and compared. Results Survey results showed that theory and practice skills assessment scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01). Compared with the control group, the syndrome dialectical accurate rate, treatment rate, differential diagnosis of western medicine master unified rate, new advances in western medicine master rate and satisfaction rate, contents and methods of teaching clinical practice ability, independent learning ability, team spirit, emotional communication and communication skills scores of the observation group were significantly increased, and the differences between the 2 groups were significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The combination of the theory and practice of western medicine has been realized by the modular teachingmethod, which has effectively improved the teaching quality of western medicine in traditional Chinese medicine universities. It is conducive to for TCM university students to master and apply the knowledge of western medicine.
