摘要
开放大学专业设置遵循学科发展、经济社会发展和人的发展的三大依据的同时,凸显出强调社会发展与人的发展之间的协调性的价值取向。促进成人继续社会化是缓和专业设置、人才培养与社会需求间矛盾的关键,是开放大学专业设置的重要依据之一。开放大学的专业设置应树立学习者为中心的理念,丰富专业设置的层次和种类,增强专业课程的灵活性和多样性,吸纳专业设置的多元主体。
The specialty establishment of The Open University should not only follow the three principles of the disciplines devel-opment, economic and social development and human development,but also highlight the emphasis on coordination between socialdevelopment and human development. The promotion of adult continuous socialization is the key to ease the contradictions among specialty establishment, talents cultivation and the social demand as well as one of the important bases of specialty establishment in The Open University. The specialty establishment in The Open University should set up learners-centered idea,enrich the levels and types of specialties,enhance the flexibility and diversity of specialized courses,and take in the multi-subject.
