品管圈活动在推进急诊科护理人员手卫生中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估品管圈活动在推进急诊科护理人员手卫生中的作用。方法选取2016年急诊科38名护理人员为研究对象,于2016年7月起实施品管圈活动,比较品管圈活动实施前后护理人员手卫生的合格情况。结果品管圈活动实施后,科室护理人员手卫生执行率79.1%(296/374)高于实施前的65.1%(285/438),洗手合格率79.4%(235/296)高于实施前的61.1%(174/285),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对急诊科护理人员开展品管圈活动可有效提高手卫生依从性,一定程度上有助于减少院内感染的发生。 Objective To investigate the quality control cycle( QCC) activity in hand hygiene control of nurses in emergency department. Methods Totally 38 nurses in emergency department were enrolled in this study. The QCC activity was carried and the qualified rate of hand hygiene was observed before and after implementation of QCC activity. Results The implementation rate of hand hygiene increased from 65. 1%( 285/438) to 79. 1%( 296/374) after QCC activities( P〈0. 01). The qualified rate of hand hygiene increased from 61. 1%( 174/285) to79. 4%( 235/296) after QCC activities( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Quality control cycle activity may improve the compliance of hand hygiene in emergency nurses,which can help to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
