摘要
急诊科患者往往病情复杂,危急凶险,需要进行紧急抢救,快速、准确了解患者基本情况十分重要,若表达不清可能引起护患冲突,导致护患纠纷;若缺乏有效沟通,对患者病情了解不全面,会导致无法及时抢救,甚至对患者生命安全造成严重威胁;本文就影响急诊科护理人员与患者沟通的主要影响因素进行分析,并对相应对策作初步探讨。
Emergency patients are often in complex and dangerous condition, and in need of emergent rescue, so fast and accurate understanding of patients' basic information is very important. Unclear expression may lead to disputes between nurses and patients. Lack of effective communication between nurses and patients might lead to inadequate knowledge of the patients' conditions, and further affect immediate rescue and even the life of patients. This article analyzed the main factors influencing the communication between nurses and patients in emergency department, and proposed strategies to cope with communication.
