二维水质数值模型在入河排污口设置中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 建设项目入河排污口设置论证工作是水行政主管部门履行水环境保护工作职责、审批建设项目入河排污口设置方案的必要技术支撑。运用融合污染物输移模型的二维水动力-水质模型,结合天津市东丽湖南部污水处理厂(一期)工程拟设入河排污口的具体情况,选取最不利水文条件与污水排放情景,分析了不同工况下的各断面污染物浓度,阐述了拟设排污口的布置对水功能区水质目标、既有取用水户的影响,论证了拟设入河排污口布置的合理性。 The construction project of waste drainage outlet setting demonstration is the necessary technical support for water administra- tive departments to protect the water environment and to approve the construction project. Using two dimensional hydrodynamic model of fusion of pollutant transport and combined with the simulative waste drainage outlet of sewage treatment plant in south of Donglilake in Tianjin City, this paper selected the most disadvantage hydrological condition and sewage emission to analyze each section of pollutant concentration in different conditions and to elaborate the influence of water quality objectives and water users. It had demonstrated the rationality of the waste drainage outlet setting.
