摘要
为分析排污口设置对长江感潮河段水环境的影响,以泰兴滨江污水处理厂为例,在设计水文条件下,考虑排污口的3种设置方案、尾水的正常排放与事故排放以及污染物的最不利释放时刻,设置8种工况,采用二维非稳态模型对排污口设置对长江感潮河段水环境影响进行分析预测。结果表明,两个敏感目标泰兴滨江水厂工业取水口以及芦坝港断面位于正常排放预测混合区之外,该取水口以及断面水质不受本项目正常尾水排放的影响,仍能保持现状。事故排放下,泰兴滨江水厂工业取水口、芦坝港断面存在部分水质超标现象,需做好安全防范工作,尽最大可能避免风险。研究成果可为长江感潮河段环境风险预测分析与评价提供依据,亦对优化排污口设置起到参考借鉴作用。
In order to analyze the impact of the sewage outlet setting on the water environment of the Yangtze River tidal river section,taking the Taixing Riverside Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example,under the designed hydrological conditions,the article considers the three schemes of the sewage outlet setting,the normal and accidental discharge of tailwater and the most unfavorable release time of the tail water.Eight kinds of working conditions were set up and the two-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic model was used to analyze and predict the impact of sewage outlet setting on the water environment of the Yangtze River tidal reaches.The results showed that the two sensitive targets named Taixing Binjiang Water Plant industrial water intake and the Luba Port section are outside the normal emission forecasting mixed zone.The water intake and section water quality are not affected by the normal tailwater discharge of the project,and the water quality remains current status.Under the accident discharge,water quality of the industrial intake of Taixing Binjiang Water Plant and the Luba Port section exceeds the standard.It is necessary to take safety precautions and avoid risks as much as possible.The research results can provide a basis for the analysis and evaluation of the environmental risk prediction of the Yangtze River tidal river section,and plays a reference role in the optimization of the sewage outlet setting.
