摘要
针对中石化金陵分公司新建150 kt/a硫磺回收装置尾气达标排放,采用"二级CLAUS制硫+尾气加氢还原吸收+焚烧炉后碱洗"技术方案进行工艺设计,焚烧炉后碱洗方案技术可靠、流程简单、操作弹性大、脱硫效率高,可保证装置正常工况、事故工况及开停工工况下都能达到尾气SO_2的排放浓度小于50 mg/m^3的新标准要求。
For emission from the new 150 kt/a sulfur recovery unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company according to the standard,the process design is based on'two-stage CLAUS sulfuric acid+offgas hydrogenation reduction and absorption+caustic wash after incinerator'. The scheme involving caustic wash after the incinerator features well established and proven technology,simplified flow,high operating flexibility,and high desulfurization rate,which can make sure the new standard requirements of less than 50 mg/m^3 for SO_2 emission in the tailgas during normal operation case,emergency case and startup/shutdown case.
