摘要
介绍山东三维石化工程股份有限公司的烟气碱洗工艺在硫磺装置中的应用情况。对碱洗装置在实现尾气达标排放中的作用进行分析,总结碱洗单元运行过程中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。
Application situation of the smoke alkali washing process of Shandong Sunway Petrochemical Engineering Co. Ltd. on sulfur unit was described. Effect of the alkali washing device on realization of the tail gas emission reaching the standard was analyzed,problems existing in the running of the alkali washing unit were summarized and modification measures were given.
