摘要
对微波超声提取人参总皂苷的最优工艺进行了研究。通过对超声微波功率、固液比和乙醇浓度,提取时间等因素的分析研究,结果显示乙醇浓度和提取时间对人参总皂苷的影响显著,微波功率和固液比,超声频率,温度等的影响不显著。最终确定最优工艺:微波功率250W,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间20 min,溶剂量为25倍,超声频率40k Hz,提取温度70℃。并与传统回流法在提取时间、提取温度等进行了对比,结果表明:超声微波法提取人参总皂苷方法较回流法,快速,成本低。
This Study was focused on the optimal process of microwave ultrasonic extraction of total ginsenosides. The extraction conditions of microwave-ultrasound power, solid-to-solvent ratio, ethanol concentration and extraction time were studied. The results showed that ethanol concentration and extraction time had significant influence, but microwave-ultrasound power and solid-to-solvent ratio, ultrasonic frequency, temperature had little influence. The optimum extraction conditions for total ginsenosides were determined as follows : microwave power 250W, 70% ethanol, extraction time 20 min, the amount of solvent 25 times of solid, ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz, temperature 70℃ . The reflux extraction time, extraction temperature were compared with traditional method. The results showed that ultrasonic-microwave extraction is faster and cost is the lowest.
