摘要
探讨中药质量标准研究的现状、难点及关键科学问题;结合文献实例介绍液质联用、二维色谱分离、离子淌度质谱和解吸电喷雾电离质谱成像等现代先进分析技术在中药质量分析中的应用,希冀借助这些前沿技术突破中药质量标准研究的瓶颈问题。
To explore the current situation,difficulties and key scientific problems of the standard of traditional Chinese medicines.The application of modern frontier analysis techniques such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,two-dimensional liquid chromatography,ion mobility mass spectrometry and desorption electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry imaging in quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine is introduced.It is believed that these cutting-edge technologies are expected to break through the bottleneck problem in the research of quality standards of Chinese medicine.
