摘要
目的探讨分组PBL教学法在针灸推拿治疗耳鸣的教学效果。方法将实习同学进行门诊部和住院部分阶段学习,以小组为单位,选择耳鸣作为单病种示教模型进行PBL教学法带教,并与传统实习带教方法进行比较。结果分组PBL教学法提高了耳鸣单病种学习效率,提高了学生的临床工作和学习能力。结论分组PBL教学法与传统师生一对一教学方法比较有较大的优越性,值得在临床教学中推广。
Objective To investigate the teaching effect of grouping PBL of acupuncture and massage therapy in the treatment of tin-nitus. Methods The students were enrolled in the outpatient department and the inpatient phase, and the group was selected as the single disease demonstration model. The PBL teaching method was adopted. Then it was compared with the traditional teaching methods. Results The grouping PBLteaching method can improve the learning efficiency of tinnitus, and students ' ability of clinical and learning. Conclusion There is great superiority comparing the group PBL teaching method with the traditional teacher-student one to one teaching method, so it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
