摘要
明代医家张景岳在论治疾病时首重阴阳,主张阴阳为八纲辨证的总纲,其在咳嗽的论治中也始终体现着这一精神。今结合临床,对张景岳辨治咳嗽的思想进行重新认识,将其所体现的阴阳观进行剖析,以启发思维,服务临床。
Physician Zhang Jingyue in Ming Dynasty in the treatment of disease pays a ttention to yin and yang, advocates yin and yang for the outline of syndrome differentiation of eight principles. In the treatment of cough, it has always embodies the spirit.Combined with clinical medicine, authors reacquainted Zhang Jingyue＇s thought of treating cough, analyzed the yin and yang view embodied in it, in order to inspire thinking and serve clinical medicine.
