摘要
目的探讨儿童咳嗽的中医辨证论治方法。方法本文以上、中、下三焦辨证为纲,代表性方剂为目,结合儿童的生理病理特点,从临床常见症状、治法、方药等方面论述儿童咳嗽的中医辨证论治方法。结果三焦辨证适用于儿童咳嗽的辨证,临床操作性强,便于掌握。上焦咳嗽,病位在肺,治宜轻清宣肺,顺势利导;中焦咳嗽,病在脾胃,治疗重点在于恢复脾胃升降之机,肺胃同治;下焦咳嗽,定位在于肝肾,治以通络补肾。结论三焦辨证法丰富了儿童咳嗽的辨证论治体系,对临床治疗具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To explore the syndrome differentiation method of children cough. Methods Ex- plored and discussed the treatment methods of children cough, based on triple energizer syndrome differenti- ation, combined with the special physiological and pathological characteristics of children, and the repre- sentative prescription. Results The methods of triple energizer syndrome differentiation apply to children cough, it can be grasped and understood easily. Upper energizer cough, disease located in the lung, treat- ment should focus on open the inhibited lung-energy, in order to recovery the lung＇s general trend; middle energizer cough, disease located in the spleen and stomach, treatment should focus on the recovery of the ascending, descending of spleen and stomach,in the course of treatment lung and stomach was equally im- portant; lower energizer cough, disease located in the liver and kidney, treatment should focus on tonifying kidney and vein relaxing. Conclusions The method of triple energizer syndrome differentiation enriched children cough treatment system of syndrome differentiation, it has certain guiding significance for clinical.
