摘要
整理并分析《临证指南医案》中调治脾胃病证的方药,归纳叶天士调治脾胃病证遣方用药有如下特色:扶正为先;通补为用;药食同源;喜用药汁。
This paper sorts out and analyzes the prescriptions and herbs of Linzheng Zhinan Yi＇an on spleen-stomach diseases,and summarizes the characteristics of prescriptions and herbs for Ye Tianshi treating spleen-stomach diseases as follows： to strengthen healthy qi at first,to apply dredging as nourishing,to combine herb with food,and to be good at using herbal juice.
