摘要
变应性咳嗽归属于中医“风咳”范畴。历代医家极为重视“风邪”在疾病演变过程中的作用,以“祛风散邪、宣肺止咳”为最基本治法。现代医家对风咳病因病机、辨证分型及治疗的研究有了进一步的发展,文章从以上三个方面对中医治疗风咳进行了综述,并指出中医药治疗风咳的优劣势及未来研究方向,以期为今后的相关研究提供思路。
Allergic cough belongs to the category of wind cough in traditional Chinese medicine.Doctors of all dynasties attached great importance to the role of“wind evil”in the evolution of diseases,and took“dispelling wind evil,promoting lung and relieving cough”as the most basic treatment.Modern doctors have made further progress on the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of wind-cough.This article summarized the treatm ent of wind-cough by traditional Chinese medicine from the abov e three aspects,and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of TCM treatment of wind-cough and the future research direction,in order to provide ideas for the future research.
