摘要 肠道菌群是一个庞大而复杂的微生态系统,肠壁内存在为数众多、功能强大的免疫细胞,两者相互作用,相互制约,维持动态平衡状态。文章主要从肠道菌群的分布、肠道免疫系统的组成、肠道菌群的免疫功能及肠道免疫系统对正常菌群的耐受机制等方面研究肠道菌群与肠道免疫系统的相互关系。 Intestinal microflora is a huge and complex micro-ecosystem. There are numerous and powerful lyrephocytes. They interact and restrict each other, and maintain dynamic equilibrium in the intestinal wall, This paper fo- cused on the distribution of intestinal flora, the composition of the intestinal immune system, intestinal flora immune function and the immune tolerance mechanisms of intestinal system for gut microbiota to elaborate the relationship between the intestinal flora and the intestinal immune system.
