摘要
试验旨在研究中草药添加剂对马里努阿犬幼犬粪便菌群的影响。试验选取30只日龄、体重相近的马里努阿犬幼犬,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只犬。对照组为全价幼犬粮;试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组在全价幼犬粮中分别添加0.2和0.4 g/kg中草药添加剂。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。Alpha多样性分析表明,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组幼犬粪便菌群的多样性显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组幼犬粪便菌群的丰富度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。群落组成分析表明,在门水平上,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组幼犬粪便中梭杆菌门和变形菌门的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05);厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门和放线菌门的相对丰度显著减少(P<0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组幼犬粪便中梭杆菌门的相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05),厚壁菌门的相对丰度显著减少(P<0.05)。在属水平上,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组的梭形杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属、副萨特氏菌显著增加(P<0.05);异杆菌属、布劳特氏菌属、毛螺旋菌科未分类的属、XIVa梭菌属、XI梭菌属、瘤胃球菌科未分类的属、霍尔德曼氏菌属、大肠埃希菌-志贺菌属、柯林斯氏菌、拟杆菌属和粪便杆菌属显著减少(P<0.05);与试验Ⅱ组相比,试验Ⅰ组的乳酸杆菌属显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,马里努阿犬幼犬日粮中添加中草药添加剂对粪便微生物丰富度和多样性影响显著,能够影响粪便的微生物区系,改善肠道菌群组成。
The experiment was to explore the effect of compound Chinese herbal additives on fecal flora of Belgian Malinois puppies. Thirty Belgian Malinoa puppies with similar age and body weight were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with five replicates in each group and two puppies in each replicate. Belgian Malinois puppies in control group were fed with basal diet, and Belgian Malinois puppies in experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were fed with basal diet added 0.2, 0.4 g/kg Chinese herbal additives. The pre-feeding period lasted for 7 d, and the experimental period lasted for 28 d. Alpha diversity analysis showed that the diversity of fecal flora in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was significantly lowerr than that in control group(P<0.05). The fecal flora richness in experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Community composition analysis showed that at the phylum level, the relative abundance of Fusobacteria and Proteobacteria in feces in experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.05), the relative abundance of Firmicutes, Bacteroidetes and actinobacteria decreased significantly(P<0.05), the relative abundance of Fusobacteria in experimental group Ⅱ was significantly increased compared with experimental group Ⅰ(P<0.05), and the relative abundance of Firmicutes decreased significantly(P<0.05).At the genus level, compared with control group, the number of Fusobacterium, Lactobacillus and Parasutterella in experimental group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05), there was a significant decrease in Allobaculum,Blautia, unclassified Lachnospiraceae, Clostridium XIVa, Clostridium XI, unclassified Ruminococcaceae, Holdemanella,Escherichia_Shigella, Collinsella, Bacteroides and Faecalibacterium(P<0.05). Compared with experimental group Ⅱ,Lactobacillus in experimental group Ⅰ were significantly increased(P<0.05). The experment indicates that adding Chinese herbal medicine additives
